Article 9 Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

- Reason for retention: to prevent other members from re-registering with the same ID after withdrawal

- Items retained: contract or withdrawal records, payment and supply records, complaint or dispute handling records
- Legal basis: Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Article 6
- Retention period: contract/withdrawal records (5 years), payment and supply records (5 years), complaint/dispute handling records (3 years)
- If continued retention is necessary, consent will be obtained.
Article 10 Destruction Procedure and Method of Personal Information
- Personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection is achieved. Destruction procedure and method:
- Procedure: Information entered for membership registration is moved to a separate DB (or paper folder) and retained for a certain period according to internal policies and laws before being destroyed. Information in the separate DB is not used for other purposes unless required by law.
- Method: Electronic files are deleted using technology that prevents recovery.
Article 11 Protection of Children’s Personal Information
- If this site collects personal information of children under 14, consent from a legal guardian is obtained.
- The legal guardian can request access, correction, or withdrawal of consent, and the site will take necessary measures without delay.
