Article 1 Purpose
- The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the site (hereinafter referred to as "JSS Co., Ltd.") and users regarding the use of Internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") provided on this site.
Article 2 Definitions
- "JSS Co., Ltd." refers to a virtual business place set up using information and communication facilities such as computers to trade goods or services (hereinafter referred to as "Goods, etc.") to provide them to users, and is also used to mean the business operator operating the cyber mall.
- "User" refers to members and non-members who access "JSS Co., Ltd." and receive services provided by "JSS Co., Ltd." in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- 'Member' refers to a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to "JSS Co., Ltd.", continuously receives information from "JSS Co., Ltd.", and can continuously use the services provided by "JSS Co., Ltd."
- 'Non-member' refers to a person who uses services provided by "JSS Co., Ltd." without joining as a member.
Article 3 Specification, Explanation, and Amendment of Terms and Conditions
- "JSS Co., Ltd." shall post the contents of these Terms and Conditions, company name and representative's name, business location address (including the address where consumer complaints can be handled), telephone number, fax transmission number, email address, business registration number, mail-order sales business report number, personal information manager, etc. on the initial service screen (front page) of the site so that users can easily recognize them. However, the contents of the Terms and Conditions may be made available to users through a linked screen.
- Before users agree to the Terms and Conditions, "JSS Co., Ltd." must obtain confirmation from users by providing a separate linked screen or pop-up screen so that users can understand important contents such as withdrawal of subscription, delivery responsibility, and refund conditions stipulated in the Terms and Conditions.
- "JSS Co., Ltd." may revise these Terms and Conditions to the extent that they do not violate related laws such as the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Transactions, the Digital Signature Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Act on Door-to-Door Sales, and the Consumer Protection Act.
- When "JSS Co., Ltd." revises the Terms and Conditions, it shall announce the application date and reasons for revision together with the current Terms and Conditions on the initial screen of the site from 7 days before the application date until the day before the application date. However, in case of changes to the Terms and Conditions unfavorable to users, it shall be announced at least 30 days in advance. In this case, "JSS Co., Ltd." shall clearly compare the contents before and after the revision so that users can easily understand.
- When "JSS Co., Ltd." revises the Terms and Conditions, the revised Terms and Conditions shall only apply to contracts concluded after the application date, and the Terms and Conditions before the revision shall continue to apply to contracts already concluded before that date. However, if a user who has already concluded a contract wishes to be subject to the revised Terms and Conditions, they may send their intention to the "site" within the announcement period of the revised Terms and Conditions pursuant to Paragraph 3 and receive consent from "JSS Co., Ltd.", in which case the revised Terms and Conditions shall apply.
- Matters not stipulated in these Terms and Conditions and the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Consumer Protection Guidelines in Electronic Commerce established by the Fair Trade Commission, and related laws or commercial practices.
Article 4 Provision and Change of Services
- "JSS Co., Ltd." performs the following tasks:
- Provision of information on goods or services and conclusion of purchase contracts
- Delivery of goods or services for which purchase contracts have been concluded
- Other tasks determined by "JSS Co., Ltd."
- "JSS Co., Ltd." may change the contents of goods or services to be provided under contracts to be concluded in the future in case of out-of-stock goods or services or changes in technical specifications. In this case, the changed contents of goods or services and the date of provision shall be specified and immediately announced where the current contents of goods or services are posted.
- If "JSS Co., Ltd." needs to change the contents of services contracted with users due to reasons such as out-of-stock goods or changes in technical specifications, it shall immediately notify users at an address where notification is possible.
- In the case of the preceding paragraph, "JSS Co., Ltd." shall compensate users for damages incurred. However, this shall not apply if "JSS Co., Ltd." proves that there was no intention or negligence.
Article 5 Suspension of Services
- "JSS Co., Ltd." may temporarily suspend the provision of services in case of reasons such as maintenance, replacement, and breakdown of information and communication facilities such as computers, or interruption of communications.
- "JSS Co., Ltd." shall compensate users or third parties for damages incurred due to the temporary suspension of service provision for the reasons in Paragraph 1. However, this shall not apply if "JSS Co., Ltd." proves that there was no intention or negligence.
- If services cannot be provided due to reasons such as business type conversion, business abandonment, or integration between companies, "JSS Co., Ltd." shall notify users in the manner specified in Article 8 and compensate consumers according to the conditions originally presented by "JSS Co., Ltd.". However, if "JSS Co., Ltd." has not announced compensation standards, users' mileage or points shall be paid to users in kind or cash equivalent to the currency value used in "JSS Co., Ltd."
Article 6 Membership Registration
- Users apply for membership registration by filling in member information according to the registration form set by "JSS Co., Ltd." and expressing their intention to agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- "JSS Co., Ltd." shall register as members those users who have applied for membership registration as in Paragraph 1, except in the following cases:
- If the applicant has previously lost membership qualification pursuant to Article 7, Paragraph 3 of these Terms and Conditions; however, exceptions are made for those who have obtained consent from "JSS Co., Ltd." for membership re-registration after 3 years have passed since the loss of membership qualification pursuant to Article 7, Paragraph 3.
- If there are false statements, omissions, or errors in the registration contents
- If it is judged that registering as a member would cause significant technical difficulties for "JSS Co., Ltd."
- The time of establishment of the membership registration contract shall be when "JSS Co., Ltd.'s" acceptance reaches the member.
- If there are changes to the registered matters pursuant to Article 15, Paragraph 1, members must immediately notify "JSS Co., Ltd." of the changes by email or other methods.
Article 7 Withdrawal and Loss of Membership Qualification
- Members may request withdrawal from "JSS Co., Ltd." at any time, and "JSS Co., Ltd." shall immediately process the membership withdrawal.
- If members fall under any of the following reasons, "JSS Co., Ltd." may restrict or suspend membership qualification:
- If false information was registered at the time of membership application
- If the payment for goods purchased using "JSS Co., Ltd." or other debts borne by the member in relation to the use of "JSS Co., Ltd." are not paid by the due date
- If interfering with others' use of "JSS Co., Ltd." or stealing such information, thereby threatening the order of electronic commerce
- If using "JSS Co., Ltd." to engage in acts prohibited by laws or these Terms and Conditions or contrary to public order and morals
- If the same act is repeated more than twice or the reason is not corrected within 30 days after "JSS Co., Ltd." restricts or suspends membership qualification, "JSS Co., Ltd." may revoke membership qualification.
- When "JSS Co., Ltd." revokes membership qualification, it shall cancel the membership registration. In this case, it shall notify the member and provide an opportunity for explanation by setting a period of at least 30 days before canceling the membership registration.
Article 8 Notification to Members
- When "JSS Co., Ltd." notifies members, it may do so at the email address designated by the member in advance agreement with "JSS Co., Ltd."
- In case of notification to an unspecified number of members, "JSS Co., Ltd." may substitute individual notification by posting on the "JSS Co., Ltd." bulletin board for more than one week. However, individual notification shall be given for matters that have a significant impact on the member's own transactions.
Article 9 Purchase Application

Users of "JSS Co., Ltd." apply for purchases on "JSS Co., Ltd." by the following or similar methods, and "JSS Co., Ltd." must provide the following contents in an easily understandable manner when users make purchase applications. However, the application of items 2 to 4 may be excluded for members.
- Search and selection of goods, etc.
- Input of name, address, telephone number, email address (or mobile phone number), etc.
- Confirmation of terms and conditions, services with restricted withdrawal rights, and costs such as delivery fees and installation fees
- Indication of agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and confirming or rejecting the matters in item 3 above (e.g., mouse click)
- Purchase application for goods, etc. and confirmation thereof or consent to "JSS Co., Ltd.'s" confirmation
- Selection of payment method
Article 10 Contract Formation
- "JSS Co., Ltd." may not accept purchase applications as in Article 9 in the following cases. However, when concluding a contract with a minor, it must notify that the minor or legal representative may cancel the contract if the consent of the legal representative is not obtained.
- If there are false statements, omissions, or errors in the application contents
- If a minor purchases goods and services prohibited by the Youth Protection Act, such as tobacco and alcohol
- If it is judged that accepting the purchase application would cause significant technical difficulties for "JSS Co., Ltd."
- A contract shall be deemed established when "JSS Co., Ltd.'s" acceptance reaches the user in the form of receipt confirmation notice pursuant to Article 12, Paragraph 1.
- "JSS Co., Ltd.'s" expression of acceptance must include confirmation of the user's purchase application, availability for sale, and information on correction or cancellation of the purchase application.
Article 11 Payment Method

Payment for goods or services purchased from "JSS Co., Ltd." may be made by any of the following available methods. However, "JSS Co., Ltd." shall not collect any fees in any name in addition to the price of goods, etc. for the user's payment method.
- Various account transfers such as phone banking, internet banking, mail banking, etc.
- Various card payments such as prepaid cards, debit cards, credit cards, etc.
- Online bank deposit without passbook
- Payment by electronic money
- Payment upon receipt
- Payment by points such as mileage paid by "JSS Co., Ltd."
- Payment by gift certificates contracted with "JSS Co., Ltd." or recognized by "JSS Co., Ltd."
- Other electronic payment methods, etc.
Article 12 Receipt Confirmation Notice, Change and Cancellation of Purchase Application
- "JSS Co., Ltd." shall send a receipt confirmation notice to the user when there is a purchase application from the user.
- Users who have received a receipt confirmation notice may immediately request a change or cancellation of the purchase application after receiving the receipt confirmation notice if there is a discrepancy in the expression of intention, and "JSS Co., Ltd." must process the request without delay if there is a request from the user before delivery. However, if payment has already been made, the provisions of Article 15 regarding withdrawal of subscription shall apply.
Article 13 Supply of Goods, etc.
- Unless there is a separate agreement with the user regarding the supply time of goods, etc., "JSS Co., Ltd." shall take necessary measures such as custom manufacturing and packaging so that goods, etc. can be delivered within 7 days from the date the user places an order. However, if "JSS Co., Ltd." has already received all or part of the payment for goods, etc., measures shall be taken within 2 business days from the date of receiving all or part of the payment. At this time, "JSS Co., Ltd." shall take appropriate measures so that users can check the supply procedures and progress of goods, etc.
- "JSS Co., Ltd." shall specify the delivery method, the party bearing the delivery cost by method, and the delivery period by method for goods purchased by users. If "JSS Co., Ltd." exceeds the agreed delivery period, it must compensate users for damages incurred thereby. However, this shall not apply if "JSS Co., Ltd." proves that there was no intention or negligence.
Article 14 Refund
- When "JSS Co., Ltd." cannot deliver or provide goods, etc. requested for purchase by users due to reasons such as out-of-stock, it shall notify users of the reason without delay, and if payment for goods, etc. has been received in advance, it shall refund or take measures necessary for refund within 2 business days from the date of receiving the payment.
Article 15 Withdrawal of Subscription, etc.
- Users who have concluded a contract for the purchase of goods, etc. with "JSS Co., Ltd." may withdraw the subscription within 7 days from the date of receiving the receipt confirmation notice.
- When users receive goods, etc., they cannot return or exchange in any of the following cases:
- If goods, etc. are lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to the user (however, withdrawal of subscription is possible if packaging, etc. is damaged to check the contents of goods, etc.)
- If the value of goods, etc. has significantly decreased due to the user's use or partial consumption
- If the value of goods, etc. has significantly decreased to the extent that resale is difficult due to the passage of time
- If packaging of original goods, etc. is damaged when reproduction is possible with goods, etc. having the same performance
- In cases of items 2 to 4 of Paragraph 2, if "JSS Co., Ltd." did not indicate in advance in a place easily recognizable by consumers that withdrawal of subscription is restricted or did not provide measures such as providing trial products, users' withdrawal of subscription shall not be restricted.
- Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraphs 1 and 2, when the contents of goods, etc. are different from the display or advertisement contents or are implemented differently from the contract contents, users may withdraw the subscription within 3 months from the date of receiving the goods, etc., or within 30 days from the date they knew or could have known the fact.
Article 16 Effects of Withdrawal of Subscription, etc.
- When "JSS Co., Ltd." receives a return of goods, etc. from users, it shall refund the payment already received for goods, etc. within 3 business days. In this case, if "JSS Co., Ltd." delays the refund of goods, etc. to users, it shall pay delay interest calculated by multiplying the delay interest rate announced by the Fair Trade Commission for the delay period.
- When "JSS Co., Ltd." refunds the above payment, if the user paid for goods, etc. by payment methods such as credit cards or electronic money, it shall request the business operator who provided the payment method to stop or cancel the billing for goods, etc. without delay.
- In case of withdrawal of subscription, etc., the cost necessary for returning the supplied goods, etc. shall be borne by the user. "JSS Co., Ltd." shall not claim penalty fees or damages from users for withdrawal of subscription, etc. However, if withdrawing subscription, etc. because the contents of goods, etc. are different from the display or advertisement contents or are implemented differently from the contract contents, the cost necessary for returning goods, etc. shall be borne by "JSS Co., Ltd."
- When users bear shipping costs when receiving goods, etc., "JSS Co., Ltd." shall clearly indicate who bears the cost when withdrawing subscription so that users can easily understand.
Article 17 Personal Information Protection
- When "JSS Co., Ltd." collects user information, it collects the minimum information necessary to fulfill the purchase contract. The following items are mandatory, and other items are optional:
- Name
- Address
- Telephone number
- Desired ID (for members)
- Password (for members)
- Email address (or mobile phone number)
- When "JSS Co., Ltd." collects personal information that can identify users, it must obtain consent from the user.
- The provided personal information cannot be used for purposes other than those agreed upon or provided to third parties without the user's consent, and "JSS Co., Ltd." shall be responsible for all such matters. However, the following cases are exceptions:
- When informing the delivery company of the minimum user information (name, address, telephone number) necessary for delivery in delivery work
- When provided in a form that cannot identify specific individuals for purposes such as statistical compilation, academic research, or market research
- When necessary for payment settlement according to transactions of goods, etc.
- When necessary for identity verification to prevent theft
- When there are unavoidable reasons required by law or pursuant to law
- When "JSS Co., Ltd." must obtain user consent pursuant to Paragraphs 2 and 3, it must specify or notify in advance the identity of the personal information manager (affiliation, name, telephone number, and other contact information), the purpose of information collection and use, matters related to providing information to third parties (recipients, purpose of provision, and contents of information to be provided), etc. as stipulated in Article 22, Paragraph 2 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and users may withdraw this consent at any time.
- Users may request to view and correct errors in their personal information held by "JSS Co., Ltd." at any time, and "JSS Co., Ltd." has an obligation to take necessary measures without delay. If a user requests correction of an error, "JSS Co., Ltd." shall not use the personal information until the error is corrected.
- "JSS Co., Ltd." shall minimize the number of managers to protect personal information and shall be fully responsible for users' damages caused by loss, theft, leakage, alteration, etc. of users' personal information including credit cards and bank accounts.
- "JSS Co., Ltd." or third parties who have received personal information from it shall destroy the personal information without delay when the purpose of collecting personal information or the purpose for which it was provided is achieved.
Article 18 Obligations of "JSS Co., Ltd."
- "JSS Co., Ltd." shall not engage in acts prohibited by laws and these Terms and Conditions or contrary to public order and morals, and shall do its best to continuously and stably provide goods and services as stipulated in these Terms and Conditions.
- "JSS Co., Ltd." must have a security system to protect users' personal information (including credit information) so that users can safely use Internet services.
- If "JSS Co., Ltd." causes damage to users by engaging in unfair display or advertising acts as prescribed in Article 3 of the Act on Fair Labeling and Advertising regarding products or services, it shall be responsible for compensation.
- "JSS Co., Ltd." shall not send commercial advertising emails for profit purposes that users do not want.
Article 19 Obligations Regarding Members' ID and Password
- Except for the case of Article 17, the management responsibility for ID and password rests with the member.
- Members must not allow third parties to use their ID and password.
- If a member's ID and password are stolen or a third party is using them, the member must immediately notify "JSS Co., Ltd." and follow the guidance of "JSS Co., Ltd." if provided.
Article 20 Users' Obligations
- Users must not engage in the following acts:
- Registration of false information when applying or making changes
- Theft of others' information
- Alteration of information posted on "JSS Co., Ltd."
- Transmission or posting of information (such as computer programs) other than information determined by "JSS Co., Ltd."
- Infringement of intellectual property rights such as copyrights of "JSS Co., Ltd." and other third parties
- Acts that damage the reputation of "JSS Co., Ltd." and other third parties or interfere with their business
- Acts of disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, voices, and other information contrary to public order and morals on the site
Article 21 Relationship Between Linked "JSS Co., Ltd." and Connected "JSS Co., Ltd."
- When a higher "JSS Co., Ltd." and a lower "JSS Co., Ltd." are connected by methods such as hyperlinks (e.g., targets of hyperlinks include text, pictures, and moving images), the former is called a linking "JSS Co., Ltd." (website) and the latter is called a connected "JSS Co., Ltd." (website).
- The linking "JSS Co., Ltd." shall not be responsible for guaranteeing transactions conducted between users and the connected "JSS Co., Ltd." through goods, etc. independently provided by the connected "JSS Co., Ltd." if it specifies on the initial screen of the linking "JSS Co., Ltd." or the pop-up screen at the time of connection that it does not bear guarantee responsibility.
Article 22 Attribution and Use Restrictions of Copyrights
- Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for works created by "JSS Co., Ltd." belong to "JSS Co., Ltd."
- Users must not use information obtained by using "JSS Co., Ltd." in which intellectual property rights belong to "JSS Co., Ltd." for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use it by reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, or other methods without prior consent from "JSS Co., Ltd."
- "JSS Co., Ltd." must notify the user when using copyrights attributed to users according to the agreement.
Article 23 Dispute Resolution
- "JSS Co., Ltd." shall establish and operate a damage compensation handling organization to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and to compensate for damages.
- "JSS Co., Ltd." shall process complaints and opinions submitted by users with priority. However, if prompt processing is difficult, it shall immediately notify users of the reason and processing schedule.
- In case there is a user's damage relief application related to electronic commerce disputes between "JSS Co., Ltd." and users, it may follow the mediation of a dispute mediation organization requested by the Fair Trade Commission or the mayor or provincial governor.
Article 24 Jurisdiction and Governing Law
- Lawsuits regarding electronic commerce disputes between "JSS Co., Ltd." and users shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the user's address at the time of filing, and if there is no address, the user's residence. However, if the user's address or residence at the time of filing is unclear or if the user is a foreign resident, it shall be filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
- Korean law shall apply to electronic commerce lawsuits filed between "JSS Co., Ltd." and users.
Supplementary Provision (Effective Date) These Terms and Conditions shall be effective from October 10, 2025.
